Of all the neighborhoods in Portland’s beautiful West Hills, the one most accessible is Westover. Perched above Nob Hill, this neighborhood is filled with classic Tudors, Colonial & Mediterranean styles as well as a few mid-century & newer modern homes just to keep us hopping.
With narrow roads that wind up and around, the views to be had are always on the east facing side of every property. Sometimes I hope that garages have plate glass on the other side, just so the view doesn’t go to waste.
Real estate in Westover has been normal for the larger sized homes often requiring jumbo loans…it’s requires patience. For 2010, the number of active listings each month fluxuated between 43 -57 with the highest sellthru at 11% in September.
